Description
A Level 3 Surveying Technician apprenticeship provides an excellent entry route into the surveying profession. Working under the supervision of qualified surveyors, you will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of information relating to land, buildings, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out site visits to inspect buildings, land, or construction projects
- Taking measurements and recording accurate data
- Assisting senior surveyors with reports, valuations, costings, and technical assessments
Requirements
- Entry Requirements: GCSEs (Maths and English preferred), an interest in construction or property, willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Carry out duties as outlined in the role specification
- Work collaboratively with the project team
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
