Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. If you have a proven ability to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and Health & Safety standards, we want you on our team!Your main duties:Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.Identify and resolve technical issues or delays, proposing and implementing corrective actions.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality.Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients.ProfileYour profile: You have proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry. You have already completed few projects from start to finish.Your assets?In-depth knowledge of construction standards and regulations.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.Reliable and trustworthyAppetite for learning and gaining experienceA degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field (preferred).SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent, First Aid, and relevant CSCS card.
